Each year , Best of the Batch Foundation adopts more than 150 Allegheny County families to be Batch-A-Toys recipients . Together with your family , you can donate toys and essential household items to fulfill a family ’ s needs this holiday season . Former Pittsburgh Steeler Charlie Batch leads the effort along with hundreds of volunteers , donors , and partner sites for donation collection and an annual Wrapping Party . Best of the Batch also accepts monetary donations and has volunteer opportunities throughout the year .

Bring joy to Boys Hope Girls Hope scholars this holiday season ! Support the organization through a donation , which goes toward providing a nurturing home and quality education through college for select young people in need who embody determination and motivation each day . The organization serves children between the ages of 10 and 18 who are at risk due to

Help ensure that every child at the Bradley Center knows the value of both receiving and giving this holiday season with a donation of time . Each child at the center creates a gift wish list and volunteers can select a nametag off the tree to help make someone ’ s holiday dreams come true . Volunteers can also help with the pop-up holiday gift shop where kids can “ buy ” gifts to give their loved ones so they can experience the true meaning of the giving season . Have a knack for wrapping ? Volunteer to help wrap more than 2,000 gifts ! Monetary donations are also accepted to help aid in making the Holiday Gift Drive a success .
