Building the Finest Kitchens and Baths in the South Hills
I
f you’re looking for a new kitchen, bathroom, or solution for
that home office, entertainment room, laundry room or other
random, boring, unfinished room in your home, Woodville
House has the answer for you.
For nearly a decade—now as Woodville House but previously
as Premier Kitchen and Bath—the Woodville House team of
experts has guided homeowners every step of the way toward
the kitchen, bathroom or living space of their dreams.
Now owned by David Deklewa, formerly the owner and
president of family-owned John Deklewa & Sons, Inc., whose
name is synonymous with construction in Western Pennsylvania,
Woodville House and its predecessor’s main goal has been
to provide residents of new and existing homes the designs
and styles they are clamoring for. The business was originally
designed to satisfy the need for kitchens and baths in Deklewa’s
residential construction projects, but was soon opened up to the
general public.
The design process has been guided the entire time by the
company’s first hire, V. P. of Sales Laura Reid Riggin, who has
been in the construction and kitchen industries for over 30 years.
With a formal education in Interior Design from the Art Institute
of Pittsburgh, Reid Riggin has combined her eye for style and
beauty with her experience in the dynamics of functional
kitchens to give clients a finished room that not only wows
homeowners and their guests, but also works as efficiently as
possible.
Names like Merillat cabinetry, Plato Woodwork custom
cabinets, and Caesarstone quartz countertops are common
parlance at Woodville House. Moen fixtures are displayed
proudly in the showroom, but Woodville House can provide
any major brand of plumbing and lighting fixtures and flooring
products a homeowner may want for the perfect kitchen or bath.
If the thought of renovating your kitchen or bathroom seems
overwhelming, the first step is to give Woodville House a call.
There is never a charge for a design consultation. Your designer
will help you determine your design style, measure your space
and help you work within your budget. Woodville House’s
showroom has displays that you can draw inspiration from, all
created with products from the available lines.

“
We've done a number of home remodeling
projects over the years, always without the
resources of a professional design company.
We didn’t know what we were missing!
Laura Reid Riggin and her team not only had
creative ideas for our bathrooms, but also
“My experience allows me to be familiar in how kitchens work
and the limitations of design that come with that,” Reid Riggin
said. “With the two other designers we have on staff, we provide
close to 100 years of combined experience to our clients.”
In helping you create your dream kitchen or bath, Woodville
House has access to virtually any style or finish of cabinetry
and countertop in the marketplace. The designers also are
experienced in helping homeowners of all budgets meet their
renovation or remodeling goals.
