Can you believe Winter is upon us again ? Our Fall season was summerlike , and the leaves held on as long as they could before finally giving way to the inevitable . Our Winter edition is full of some great information that we ’ re sure you ’ ll find helpful . Our Streets Department has some important information for everyone to keep in mind when driving this season . The EMA / Code Enforcement Office reminds us about keeping our sidewalks and fire hydrants accessible along with information about roadway parking regulations .

The Giving Tree is back again this year , and it has always been so successful in helping so many deserving children and their families . Please consider donating this year . Watch for the announcement for Crafts and Cocoa with Santa !

Community Blood Drive
When you want to lend a hand , roll up your sleeves and lend an arm . The Community Blood Bank continues to face a critical blood shortage . As the exclusive supplier to the hospitals in Erie County , it is imperative CBB sees a steady donor turnout to ensure lifesaving blood products are available . Becoming a blood donor is easy . If you are at least 17 years of age , weigh a minimum of 110 pounds and are in good general health , you may be eligible to donate blood . Community Blood Bank is open 5 days a week at 2646 Peach Street Erie , PA 16508 .
