Eligibility

Any artist who resides, works full-time, or owns property in Millcreek Township, or anyone enrolled in Millcreek Recreation Art Classes is eligible. All artists may enter up to four( 4) art pieces.

Categories

Student( divided by grade) Preschool Grades 3-5 Grades 9-10 College Grades K-2 Grades 6-8 Grades 11-12

Pastime( divided by medium) Acrylic Graphics & Dry( pencil, ink techniques, and charcoal) Mixed Medium( two or more media on the same piece of work, collage, etc.) Pastels Oil Watercolor( transparent and opaque acrylics, wet work, and tempera) Professional( all artwork will be judged together) * NEW FOR 2026 * Patriotic Moments: This category will feature patriotic art work in honor of the America250 anniversary. All mediums are accepted. Student, Pastime, and Professional will be judged and awarded separately.

Non-Acceptable

Photographs, crafts, 3D, commercial prints, computer art, and copied artwork will not be accepted.

All artwork must be submitted in a frame with sturdy wiring attached for hanging purposes. Canvas art does not have to be framed, but must be wired. All properly prepared entries will be hung, with the exception of any piece of work considered not suitable for public display. All sales will be handled by the artists. The show charges no commission on sales.

Registration

All artists must complete one Entry Form, to include all art entries. Each artist may enter up to four( 4) art pieces. Entry Forms and payment may be mailed or delivered to the Millcreek Parks & Recreation Office. Entry Forms & Payments Due: Oct. 14 th( No artwork will be collected at this time)

Art Drop-Off

All artwork must be delivered to the Asbury Barn( 4106 Asbury Road). Student drop-off is on the first floor; Pastime and
