Schedule a Bulk Pickup Online
Donating usable items is a great way to make a difference. For items that can’ t be reused, follow these simple steps to schedule a bulk pickup.

Start with Your WM Services Page Visit your WM Services page at home. wm. com / muni. Under Self‐Service Quick Links, select Request a Bulk Pickup.

Enter Your Service Address On the Bulk Trash Pickup page, enter your service address and click Check Availability.

Fill Out the Bulk Trash Pickup Request Form Complete the Bulk Trash Pickup Request Form by entering your customer information.
Next, select the bulk items you would like picked up from the list provided.
Then choose an available pickup date using the dropdown calendar and click the Submit Request button to send your request for processing.
