Spring is just around the corner!
With that, comes the excitement of planning gardens, planting flowers, and preparing backyard vegetable beds. B To help make gardening more accessible to everyone, we are launching a Millfair Garden Tool Library Campaign.
But before the library can open, we need your help.
How to Donate
Donating is easy. Simply bring your gently used garden tools to the Millfair Compost Center during normal operating hours. When you arrive, please stop at the check-in booth and let staff know that you are dropping off tools for the Community Garden Tool Library.
How the Tool Library Will Work
Once we have collected enough tools to get started, the Community Garden Tool Library will open for public use. The system will be intentionally simple. Instead of a traditional borrowing program, the tool library will operate on a“ leave a tool, take a tool” model.
