To report a streetlight outage, visit FirstEnergyCorp. com / Penelec and select Outages → Streetlight or Outdoor Area Light Problem. Have the light ' s address and pole number ready. You ' ll receive a notification number to track the repair with Penelec. Millcreek Township handles billing but does not manage repairs.
BILLING & PAYMENT

Bills are sent June 1, with payment due by July 31. No cash is accepted. To pay online, visit the Millcreek Township website, click " Pay Online," and select the Street Light Online Payment Form. Enter your Account ID and PIN in the Utility Account Information section. illcreek

LED UPGRADES COMING IN 2026
Penelec will be replacing all sodium vapor streetlights in Pennsylvania with LED bulbs— starting with Millcreek! The head of each light will be temporarily removed during the upgrade. If your light disappears, don ' t worry— it will be back!

5. Timeshare reselling cons: These scammers claim to specialize in timeshare resales and promise they have buyers ready to purchase. To secure this service, the scammer pressures the target into paying an upfront fee, but the reselling agent never delivers.
