Happy Birthday, Millcreek!

As Millcreek celebrates its 225th birthday this year, we reflect with pride on how far we’ ve come— and look ahead with great optimism. This issue of the In Community magazine captures the heartbeat of our township, highlighting the people, progress, and purpose that drive us forward every day.
We ' re especially proud to spotlight our Stormwater Management Team, whose proactive work helps safeguard our neighborhoods from flooding and protect the environment. You’ ll meet the dedicated individuals behind this vital department and learn how they keep our infrastructure strong— rain or shine.
We ' re also excited to introduce Sebastian Puda, our new Director of Public Works. With a fresh vision and deep commitment to safety and efficiency, he’ s already making a tremendous impact on roadway maintenance, and paving projects throughout Millcreek.
You’ ll also find important updates from Millcreek Parks & Recreation, including information on our beloved 4th of July Parade, new summer programs, and longterm plans for a Community Center that will serve all generations.
From police and fire training updates to recycling initiatives and new ways to stay connected through the Millcreek Government Channel, this magazine reflects our shared investment in the quality of life we all enjoy here in Millcreek.
Thank you for being part of our community’ s continued success. We hope you enjoy this issue and feel inspired by what’ s ahead.
With gratitude,
Jim Bock, Dan Ouellet, & Kim Clear
