The app uses the phone’s GPS system to match coordinates with available properties, and provides access to the home’s estimated value and whether or not it is for sale. SpringPad – This app allows users to keep track of anything and everything in a digital notebook that can be accessed from any device. You can scan barcodes of home furnishings and appliances, or anything else you see that you want to buy, for after the move – or save ideas, property addresses and online clippings from news sites or photos from home décor magazines.
