Resident Rate Eligibility
The Resident Rate includes individuals or families who live in or own property in Millcreek Township. Individuals who work in Millcreek also qualify; this benefit does not extend to their families.
Waiver & Registration Requirements
A signed Waiver & Release of Liability is required prior to participation. Adults must sign for themselves; a parent or legal guardian must sign for minors. The Recreation & Parks Commission, Millcreek Township and its Supervisors, and the Millcreek Township School District assume no liability for injuries resulting from participation. Paper registration forms must include the required information( address, phone number, class, skill level if applicable, and location) along with a signature and appropriate payment.
Submission & Acceptance
Due to high demand, space cannot be reserved unless all registration requirements are met at the time of submission. Once your registration completed online, mailed, or dropped off, you should consider the participant enrolled unless otherwise notified.
IN-PERSON
Visit the Parks & Recreation Office in the Millcreek Township Building; be sure to bring a payment.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if a class is canceled or changed by the Recreation Department, or if a medical excuse is provided at the start of the program. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
