A lifetime Millcreek ’ r , Jim serves as one of the three Supervisors in Millcreek Township . Assuming the role first in 2018 , he began his second term in 2024 after a swearing in on Jan . 2 . Jim cherishes the opportunity to engage with the township ' s residents , emphasizing the importance of personalized services despite the township ' s size .
Before his supervisor role , Jim spent 25 years as a Trooper with the Pennsylvania State Police . Transitioning from a fulfilling career , he seized the moment to delve into local government .

Alongside his wife , Rachel , Jim is a parent to four children and caregiver to three pets . During his leisure time , he follows local sports , cheers on his son ' s basketball endeavors at Grove City College , and engages in activities such as disc golf and pickleball .
Jim ' s workdays are consistently packed , involving meetings , training sessions , phone calls , email correspondence , event attendance , and community interactions with residents . His current responsibilities span the Administration , Community Relations & Sustainability , and Parks & Recreation Departments .
