t’s no secret that staging
your home when selling

of their homes.”
Blue Lily will stage homes both vacant and occupied. A base
rental package is for two months with the option to extend.
“We even sell the furniture to homebuyers who fall in love with
the look for that turn-key feeling a lot of people want,” added
Shabanza-Pero.
“We have a climate-controlled warehouse where we store our
inventory. We have grown exponentially in the last few years and
now we have enough furniture to stage eight or nine homes,”
Carlin said. “We’ve even provided lounge areas for weddings and
other events for people who wanted that special touch.”
