An Erie Native, Cathedral Prep graduate and U. S. Air Force veteran, Sean Whelan obtained his bachelor’ s degree in business from the University of Colorado. He is the son of Fairview resident Karen Whelan and the late Arthur Whelan, who is known for opening International Business in Erie with Zibo China in the mid 1980s. Whelan has 12 years of Customer Service, Sales and Management experience and has held multiple leadership positions in his career. He and his wife and daughters reside in Fairview.
