MATT WALDINGER
Matt Waldinger has served the residents of Millcreek Township for 31 years, beginning in the Engineering Department in 1995 as a survey technician and draftsman. After 18 years in the field, he transitioned into full-time planning work in 2014, reviewing subdivisions, land developments, and ordinances. Heavily involved in the Embrace Millcreek comprehensive planning process, Matt was appointed the township ' s first Director of Planning and Development in 2018. He remains committed to thoughtful planning, preserving local character, and community collaboration.
TOM LAIRD
Tom Laird is a lifelong Millcreek resident of 49 years. He is the CEO of Expivia, a 200-employee contact center, and the founder of OttoQA, an AI quality platform. Both businesses are based in Millcreek. He has 30 years of experience in business operations and has coached basketball at Cathedral Prep for 16 years. Tom also founded Erie AI, a local initiative that teaches practical AI tools to businesses and community members across the region.
DR. KYLIE MORRIS
Dr. Kylie Morris is a physician, healthcare leader, and Millcreek Township Supervisor. She has experience and interest in addiction medicine, healthcare leadership, and public policy, with a focus on improving systems and outcomes. Dr. Morris is committed to thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and helping strengthen the community she calls home.
BRIAN MCGRATH
Brian P. McGrath graduated from Edinboro University in 1978 and served as a Millcreek Township Supervisor from 1994 to 2017. During his tenure, he expanded recreational facilities through the development of Veterans ' Park, Currie Fields, Bridger Park, Millcreek Golf and Learning Center, and Erie Golf Club. He served 24 years on the Council of Governments and received both the PSATS President ' s Leadership Award in 1998 and the Governor ' s Award for Local Government Excellence in 2012. Brian and his wife Carol live in northwest Millcreek.

Transition
