In Millcreek Township , chickens are only permitted in the CR district under specific noncommercial conditions .
Permitted Area : Chickens are only allowed in the Conservation Residential ( CR ) district . Scan the QR code below to see the map . The permitted area appears light green . Portions are located in the southeast and southwest corners of Millcreek Township . No CR district north of West 26th Street .
Requirements : Chickens and ducks must be noncommercial and accessory to a single-family detached dwelling . Refer to Section 145-41D of the Millcreek Township Zoning Ordinance for details .

Hartt Estates Subdivision area ( Montpelier Avenue to Lake Erie ). b . East of Calvary Cemetery , West 11th Street to Presque Isle District .
Requirements : Properties used for Limited Lodging must be registered with the Code Enforcement Office .
