RESIDENT ’ S RECYCLED OVER 15,000 POUNDS IN SPECIAL COLLECTION .
With 15 volunteers and 322 residents in attendance , the Millfair Special Collection Event recycled the following items :
8,000 pounds of tires 9,027 pounds of paper shredding

DOING IT RIGHT : WASTE COLLECTION SEASONAL HOLD
Snowbird ? Or just a vacation ? Millcreek Residential Waste Management customers may suspend their weekly trash collection services when going on vacation or traveling to a seasonal home for more than 30 days .
Residents must leave a message at Millcreek Township ext . 161 to place Waste Management curbside service on hold , at least one week before the expected departure date .
Residents must call Millcreek Township when returning from the extended vacation to resume service .
Please leave a voice message at 814.833.1111 . ext . 161 Calls will be returned in the order they are received .
Millcreek Township will notify Erie Water Works and Waste Management to suspend billing and service .
