Mahjong is a rummy-like game played with tiles rather than cards. The game originated in China, dating back to the time of Confucius. Space is limited to 8 beginners and 20 experienced players. All experienced players must bring a 2019 mahjong card. Beginners do not need cards. Please indicate if you are a beginner with your registration. Exercises will include cardio, weights, stretch bands, and floor work such as abs and strength training. These short intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning components.
