Instructor : Karle Lyons High-intensity interval training following the interval exercise training strategy with 8 cycles , alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods . Exercises will include cardio , weights , stretch bands , and floor work such as abs and strength training . These short intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition , improved glucose metabolism , and improved fat burning components .
