The Watts Memorial Overlook in Harrison Hills Park is a magnificent opportunity to observe three counties( Westmoreland, Butler, and Armstrong) simultaneously across a panoramic horizon. The 14 miles of blazed trails with trailheads are perfect for hiking and horseback riding.
