YEARS OF KEEPING SENIORS INDEPENDENT IN THEIR HOMES.
Community LIFE is celebrating 25 years of keeping seniors healthy and in their homes through an allinclusive program. With Health and Wellness Centers throughout the region, and the comprehensive services that Community LIFE provides, older adults are able to participate in activities that have been important to them since their youth, when they were 25 themselves.
Upon learning about this landmark anniversary, one of the participants, Candy W., said,“ I had no idea that it was 25 years old. I wished I’ d have known about it a lot sooner. I could have joined a lot sooner!”
in McKeesport. Since then, Community LIFE has expanded throughout the region and has a total of eight Health and Wellness Centers today.
A LIFE of Your Own For 25 years, Community LIFE has been dedicated to helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life. This program empowers older adults by making living at home easier, offering a comprehensive range of services such as coordinated medical care, pharmacy, rehabilitation, in-home care, transportation, meals, and more.

Community LIFE’ s journey actually began back in 1994, when Pittsburgh Care Partnership, Inc. was established as a nonprofit to support health and human services for the elderly. In 2000, the first LIFE center opened
