MLL Season Preview: Denver Outlaws

Last season: 11-3; Playoff loss to Chesapeake

Opens: At Charlotte

Stadium: Sports Authority Field

2012 Leading Scorer: Brendan Mundorf

The Denver Outlaws open the 2013 season like most of their others; coming off of another championship-less season. Except, this one has to sting more, because they lost in the championship game to the Bayhawks. Things have been shaken up in Denver as they trade away young stud Mark Matthews, and add attackmen Zack Greer and Jeremy Boltus. Justin Turri and Greg Downing are also new roster additions. Denver last season led the league in goals scored with 216 and gave up the second least amount of goals as they finished with the league's top seed. There is pressure this season in Denver after last season, but they bring back MVP Brendan Mundorf, who was injured in the playoffs last season with an ankle injury.
