“B
ringing people together, meeting new friends, singing
great songs and having fun!” says Keith Apelgren,
describing what he most enjoys as a member of South
Hills Keystone Chorus.
South Hills Keystone Chorus is a nonprofit organization made up of
men from throughout the Pittsburgh area, including Peters Township,
Upper St. Clair, Bethel Park, Baldwin, Whitehall, Mt. Lebanon,
Chartiers Valley and more. The group specializes in barbershop-style
singing and performs barbershop favorites like “My Wild Irish Rose”
and “Heart of My Heart,” but also regularly performs other styles of
music including doo-wop, patriotic, religious selections and more.
