WHAT’ S NEWS IN KEYSTONE OAKS
ANSWER THE CALL
If your New Year’ s resolutions included finding a way to volunteer in the community, you might consider answering the call to care through a local fire department.
The Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Department( CSVFD) is always in need of volunteers willing to serve the community in the protection of life and property. It has adult volunteers and also a Junior Firefighter program.
This is an important way to help friends and neighbors for the times they need it the most. If you’ d like to be part of a tradition that began in 1922, visit csvfd. org.
Area residents and organizations may also consider the Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Company Memorial Hall for their next event. This is another great way to support the fire company. The hall can accommodate up to 500 guests. For more information on renting, visit csvfd. org / memorialhall.
