available, bring in their own furniture - couches, tables, carpeting and
more. Professional staging companies typically charge homeowners
$2,000 for the initial staging and a monthly fee for as long as the furniture
sits in the home, so this complimentary service is a huge cost savings to
sellers.

“I first read about Magen and Laurisa in

I was ready to sell my house and thought
they sounded like the type of realtors I
would like to work with. We met on a
Monday and I knew it was the right choice.
Their enthusiasm was obvious from the start. Magen and
Laurisa discussed what they thought I needed to do and
made arrangements to return the next Monday. I had
mentioned that I was looking for someone to put mulch in
the front yard thinking that they would get back to me with
