Keystone Oaks School District Releases 2017 School Performance Profile Keystone Oaks School District has released its 2017 School Performance Profile scores that provide a school- level academic score for each district building as well as every public school in Pennsylvania. This is the third SPP score since 2014, and the second one since the new PA Core Standards were put into effect.
