2018, HEADS TO MRS.
AMERICA PAGEANT
In May, Sandahl Taylor was crowned Mrs.
Pennsylvania America 2018 in front of a sold-out
crowd in Philadelphia. She touts the platform
“Heart Health Awareness” and will compete at
the national Mrs. America pageant in August.
As a military spouse, Taylor gives back to the

haircuts through the Veterans Leadership
Program. Married in 2015 to Staff Sergeant
Kenneth Taylor, a U.S. Army veteran, with two
children, she has also volunteered for events
of the American Heart Association, raising
awareness and funds to help support her platform.
Taylor graduated from the South Hills
Beauty Academy in Dormont with a license
in cosmetology. She is currently an academy
educator specializing in Cosmetology, Esthetics,
and Nail Technology.
The Mrs. Pennsylvania America pageant,
