Notes from the Author
Well this was the first e-magazine that I have ever written by myself! I think I did alright for being a "noob". I have to say learning about the process of making an online magazine through Professor Reynolds Writing Seminar was very helpful. There is something incredibly powerful about being the creator of original content. I love being in control and seeing my articles trnasform from textboxes and rough drafts to final pieces of media.
When I grow up, I want to be a Public Relations Specialist. I love to communicate with individuals, and I crave the challenge of constant swiftness and creativity. When I write, I aspire to bring a message to people. These are my inner thoughts and desires, and I want them to be heard. Growing up in a big family, I was in constant pursuit for attention. As I matured (somewhat), I have learned to channel that desire for all eyes on me into my performing, my relationships with others, and my writing.
I love that I'm weird, spunky, and insecure. It makes me an interesting person, and it inspires me to continue to grow. I will never be the poster child for behavior, but I am a daughter and a sister who is passionate, accpeting, and loving.
