NORTH EAST CHORAL CLUB CELEBRATES AMERICA 250!
The North East Choral Club( NEEC) recently joined the“ America 250” celebration, presenting a patriotic concert to honor our nation’ s milestone birthday.
The powerful performance recognized America’ s armed forces and veterans. NEEC invited male vocalists, instrumentalists, the Park United Methodist Bell Choir, and the Vineyard Vocalists from North East High School to participate.
The concert was free to the public, but donations were accepted for sharing with a local nonprofit organization. A portion will also benefit local veterans.
NEEC activities will resume in the fall and the club is open to new members. Adult women with basic music reading skills and choir experience are invited to contact director Nancy Bowers at nbowers7770 @ gmail. com.
