Daily winners receive a minimum of $ 25 up to $ 150 on select days throughout the year when their three-digit number is selected . Gift orders are available .

MENDELSSOHN CHOIR OF PITTSBURGH ’ S SEASON OF LIGHT AND IMAGINATION
The Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh ( MCP ) continues its 2021-22 season this spring . At 114 years in operation , MCP is composed of approximately 120 singers led by Robert Page Music Director Matthew Mehaffey .
In the spring , MCP presents “ Toward the Unknown Region ,” a choral concert about emerging from our uncertain times with daring optimism and a sense of renewal . This concert features two dynamic major works for chorus : Ralph Vaughan Williams ’ “ Toward the Unknown Region ” and Jonathan Dove ’ s blistering song cycle “ The Passing of the Year ,” containing an extended , challenging , and beautiful solo piano part . The concert will also offer music by Jocelyn Hagen and Ellen Gilson Voth , among others . It will showcase MCP ’ s specialty : virtuosic music performed with extraordinary skill .

Junior Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh
Founded in 1986 , the Junior Mendelssohn Choir is one of the country ’ s few vocal training programs for youth operated by a symphonic choir . The choir provides talented youth to train with accomplished professional singers and music educators . Students in grades 9 through 12 throughout the greater Pittsburgh area are eligible to audition for membership , and scholarships ensure that no one is turned away for financial reasons .
