INPERSON Life coach Gina Hussar Local Life Coach Inspires Hamptonites to Tackle Their Goals G ina Hussar spends a lot of time raising and inspiring her three kids here in Hampton. She’s always been one to motivate those around her, encouraging friends and neighbors to accomplish their goals. It wasn’t until last year, however, that she channeled that gift into becoming a life coach. She has established a coaching practice called 30 Seconds to Peace. Her vocation, she says, involves a mixture of helping people find their true calling and then keeping them on track toward accomplishing it. “The most important thing you need to become a life coach is a desire to serve, and an unwavering faith in human potential,” Hussar says. For instance, if the goal is to start a business, be really clear on how that will change your life. Will you feel less anxiety? More freedom? More prosperity? It’s important to know that, because on every journey you are going to hit resistance. There will be tough days, unexpected curve balls, inconvenient obligations and it will feel overwhelming. Holding onto the vision of your end outcome will sustain you on those days. Honesty about what’s holding a client back is central to the process. “Most of the time people are afraid of change because the 䁑
