For Alexandra Gerstel, beauty has always been about more than what meets the eye— it’ s about meaning, memories and the stories we carry with us through the years. As the founder and artist behind Preciosa Jewelry Co., the Greensburg native has built a business rooted in transforming special moments into lasting keepsakes. Gerstel launched her company in August of 2022, shortly after graduating from Saint Vincent College with a degree in International Business. While her academic background focused on customer success, software and marketing, her passion for creativity and entrepreneurship ultimately led her down a different path that blends artistry with deeply personal storytelling.
