Tuesday, Nov. 15, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Join us for a lively discussion. Please register
in advance, so we can order a copy of the
book for you.
Baby Lapsit for Babies 8 Months to 2 Years
Old (With a Parent/Caregiver)
Wednesdays, Nov. 16, 23 & 30
from 10 to 10:30 a.m.
This is an interactive program of rhymes,
finger plays and stories for your baby and
you!
eBooks Class at Greensburg Hempfield
Area Library
Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 6 p.m.
This class will provide help with checking
out eBooks and downloading them to your
eReaders, tablets or smartphones. Space is
limited.
Homeschoolers: Will it Sink or Will it Float?
Thursday, Nov. 17, at 1 p.m.
For 6- to 10-year-olds (older and younger
siblings are welcome to participate). Enjoy
this story and science program about
buoyancy!

‘The Three Snow Bears’ for Ages 6 to 8
Thursday, Nov. 17, at 6:30 p.m.
The story “Goldilocks and the Three Bears”
takes a different twist in this book when the
bears and little girl are from the Arctic. Come
listen to the story and enjoy the beautiful
pictures.
Read to Kaya!
Saturday, Nov. 19, from 10 to 11 a.m.
Select from your favorite books to read to
Kaya, our favorite therapy dog! Kaya will
listen attentively to you for 10 minutes
(register in advance for a time slot that is
open). Bring your own books or pick one of
ours. This program will be in the lower level
Literacy Room.
Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre: Ballet
FUNdamentals for Ages 3 to 8
Saturday, Nov. 19, at 11:30 a.m.
Girls and boys will enjoy hearing the story of
the ballet “Peter Pan,” meeting a ballerina,
learning about ballet costumes and shoes
and trying to do some ballet moves!

‘A Pirate’s Night Before Christmas’ for
Ages 5 to 7
Saturday, Dec. 10, at 2 p.m.
Many children read the poem “Twas the
Night Before Christmas” during the holidays,
but what if you were a pirate? What do
pirates read at Christmas? Come listen to
their story.
