Salem Crossroads Apothecary – A Family Business for 45 Years
Ted Stoklosa , RPh , has been working at Salem Crossroads Apothecary since 1977 . With well over 50 years of experience as a pharmacist , Ted is finally planning on stepping down to let his grandson , DJ Kiesel , take over the family business . DJ graduated from Duquesne University in the summer of 2022 , following in the footsteps of his grandfather , who graduated from Duquesne in 1962 .
Ted plans to still be around to help DJ with the transition . Salem Crossroads has strived to set itself apart from the big chains by providing care that is tailored to each individual . DJ shares Ted ’ s mind-set that you are a patient and not a number !
With his six years of education to become a Doctor of Pharmacy , DJ plans to add many different services to the shop such as medication synchronization , asthma and diabetes programs , and
long-term care services . He hopes to step into Ted ’ s shoes and offer the same excellent customer service that has been provided for so many years .
