of assessments; the projected date for
beginning services and modification; and
how progress toward annual goals will be
measured. For each child with a disability,
beginning at age fourteen or younger, a
statement of transition service needs will be
included. In determining student placement,
consideration will be given to ensure that to
the maximum extent appropriate, children
with disabilities are educated with children
who are non-disabled. Classes and services
that involve removal of children with
disabilities from the regular environment
will occur only if the nature or severity of the
disability is such that education in regular
classes, with the use of supplementary
aids and services, cannot be achieved
satisfactorily.
