WOMEN’S AND CHILDREN’S CONSIGNMENT SALE May 7-9 First held in June 2009, The Saturday Club Women’s and Children’s Consignment sale is a popular bi-annual event held each fall and spring. All proceeds benefit The Saturday Club and its philanthropic support of women’s and children’s charities. The sale kicks off with Preview Night, where shoppers get first dibs on the best selection of merchandise complete with complimentary wine and cheese. The final day features a half price sale, followed by a bag sale, which is a great way to score deals on seasonal styles. Consignor registration opens Apr. 6. The Saturday Club is always looking for consignors to join. It offers new consignors 60 percent of the proceeds from the sale of their merchandise, and 70 percent to repeat consignors. Consignors set their own prices and can opt in or out of the half price sale. Additionally, consignors may choose to pick up unsold merchandise or donate it to The Saturday Club. Donated items may be re-consigned or given to a charity that also supports women and children. For more information about the sale and how to consign, visit and look under the Events tab.
