Current home no longer fits your needs

got a job across town and the commute is too much, or now you work

your home no longer fits your circumstances, it is a clear sign that it’s
time to think about selling.
Current interest rate is high
Right now, interest rates on mortgage loans are at historic lows. If
you are carrying a mortgage on a home that has a high interest rate
attached (and especially if a refinance won’t fix this enough), then it is
a good time to sell.
The market favors the seller
Shifting trends is the one thing you can guarantee from the real
