As for the future, Dr. Reljac says the district will remain focused on continuous improvement and preparing students for success by empowering every student to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, while building a strong sense of belonging and community.

Niche
The Fox Chapel Area School District scored well in Niche’ s 2026“ Best Schools” rankings.
All six of its schools maintained their“ A +” ranking, and Fox Chapel Area was named the No. 5 school district in Pennsylvania. Each of the district’ s schools was also named among the top 20 public schools in the state in their respective categories.
The district received A + grades in academics, teachers, and college prep, and A grades for clubs and activities, and administration. It was ranked in the top 100 districts in the nation. ox Chapel Area

All of the district’ s schools earned recognition in U. S. News & World Report ' s“ Best Schools” rankings.
All four of Fox Chapel Area School District’ s elementary schools ranked among the top 50 in the state, and Dorseyville Middle School earned a place among the top 10 middle schools in Pennsylvania.
Fox Chapel Area High School ranked among the top 20 high schools in the state and among the top 3 % in the nation.
The U. S. News & World Report rankings evaluate schools based on several key factors, including academic performance, proficiency in core subjects, and equitable student outcomes.
