buy what they need for the next year,” Connor said.
“The Spring buying and selling season is here. Sellers want to
know what to do to get their house ready for market,” she added.
“Sellers need to make repairs, remove clutter, paint and stage
to make their home ‘show-ready.’ First-time home buyers need
lenders, home inspectors and contractors at their disposal and
those are all things I help my clients with daily.”
“It’s a Seller’s Market and inventory is historically low,” Connor
said. “There are many more buyers than homes available for sale.
Properties that are priced right sell quickly and often receive
multiple offers.” She recently sold a home for $20,000 over list
price. Two buyers made offers with escalation clauses, which
caused the spike in sale price. Her clients were thrilled!

Connor enjoys a referral business that has grown exponentially

Commerce member, Amanda Lee, find a new location for her
growing business. The new 5,000-sq.-ft. warehouse is now the
trendiest retail space in Oakmont and is strategically located
between The Mighty Oak Barrel and the new Oakmont Bakery.
