Having grown up in the Seneca Valley School District, Robinson is not only a lifelong resident of the region, she’s raised her family there and has five children in district schools. “I’ve been local to the area my whole life,” Robinson said. “I went back to work in real estate after my youngest child went off to kindergarten and have been with Berkshire Hathaway for more than 8 years. Now, with all but one of my children through school, I’ve found that real estate is a great job for a mom and a wife.” While Robinson has all of the accolades you’d expect from a Realtor with her tenure—member of the President’s Circle and the Leading Edge Society, and Certified Negotiation Expert qualifications in addition to being a member of both the Butler County Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors— what she’s the most proud of is her Homes for Heroes Specialist certification, which caters to home buyers and sellers in critical professions. “Homes for Heroes is a national organization founded after 9/11 to give back to heroes. There are affiliates all over the country and I’m the local one here,” Robinson said. “It’s a program that rewards service and available to people in professions like law enforcement, firefighters, EMT’s, health care workers like doctors and low M Com ainten mun anc ity e nurses, military veterans and teachers. Basically, people in these professions get 25 percent back on their transaction whether they are buying or selling.” Robinson sought out the affiliation because she’s an avid believer in service before self and is thankful for the freedoms these heroes have given the country. She also loves working with all types of clients, from first-time homebuyers to commercial property owners to owners wanting to sell vacant land. She’s relocation certified, which means that if you’re looking to move in from out of state or trying to find a place to move to out of state, she’s more than equipped to help you in a complicated situation such as that. “I service all types of listings, varying from large, small, land and even commercial,” she said. “I like to work with all kinds of people and don’t narrow myself down or declare a special group that I like to work with. I’m comfortable with anyone and any situation.” In keeping with her dedication to the community, Robinson has also been an active volunteer at her church her entire life and attends every veteran homecoming he
