attorney Scott Simon was recently promoted
to a principal at the firm. Simon has been a
member of the firm for
over seven years.
As principal, Simon
will continue to work
in the healthcare
liability department,
with a focus on nursing
home and medical
malpractice cases. In
addition to his work
at Peirce & Associates, Simon is a member
of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers
Association and American Association for
Justice. Before joining the firm, he received
his J.D. from Duquesne University’s School of
Law in 2009 and graduated from California
