COACH DAVE GRAY BRINGS
GAME PERFORMANCE
TRAINING TO CRANBERRY
The root of success in every sport involves a handful of basic
movements including running, jumping and overall coordination.
Starting Mar. 22, Coach Dave Gray’s CDG Sports will offer six
hour‑long sessions for young athletes in Cranberry Township who are
seeking to build those foundational skills.
Game Play Performance 1.0 is a session for children 6 to 8 years
of age; Game Play Performance 2.0 is for those 9 through 12. Both
sessions meet on Tuesday evenings, from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Municipal
Center gymnasium. In addition to speed, strength and agility, the
classes focus on building endurance, mobility and flexibility, all while
having fun.
Other CDG Sports offerings this spring include two age-grouped
sections of flag football over five weeks starting Mar. 20, and a
four‑week offering of Outdoor Fitness Adventure, starting Apr. 6, for
boys and girls ages 8 through 12.
Registration for all offerings is available in person at the
Information Desk of the Parks & Recreation department, by phone
at 724.779.4FUN (4386), or online at the township’s website,
Cranberry4FUN.com/Register. Fees vary and are payable at the
time of registration. See the current program guide or look online for
details. ■
