CV Showband Shines at the
Band Festival
The Chartiers Valley Showband hosted a
band festival this fall and showed off their
skills in front of a home crowd. Including
performances from Chartiers-Houston,
North Hills, Avella, Carlynton, Montour and
Robert Morris University, the festival was
a tremendous success. The CV Showband
performs year-round, including at football
games, band festivals, parades, and
community events, and has traveled to various
locations including Disney World, Tennessee,
Cleveland, New York, Atlanta, Richmond
