SPRING FESTIVAL!
The Kennedy Township Garden Club Spring Festival will be held Saturday, May 30, from noon to 4 p. m. at Fairhaven Park.
This is a great way to welcome the warmer months, with a plant sale, bake sale, plenty of vendors, food trucks and basket raffles. Check it out and get some creative ideas for your home or garden.

PARTY IN THE PARK!
Don’ t miss the party in Carnegie Park! This family-friendly event will take place Saturday, May 30. The fun begins at noon, and classic cars will be on display until 3 p. m.
There will be plenty of food trucks if you are hungry, and live music will be provided by The Mansfield 5, The Jaggerz, and The Timothy Earl Band. The celebration will culminate with an amazing fireworks display.

HONORING OUR VETERANS
Kennedy Township will hold a Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25, from 9 to 10 a. m. The route will follow Forest Grove Road to the Fairhaven Park Monument. A ceremony will take place immediately following the parade.

DOGS FOR VETERANS
The 4th Annual Golf Tournament to Support Service Dogs for Veterans took place May 16 at Quicksilver Golf Club in Midway. This event was sponsored by Life Changing Service Dogs for Veterans.
Funds from the event will help provide trained service dogs at no cost to veterans living with post-traumatic stress disorder and other disabilities.

INGRUN 5K
The fourth annual IngRUN 5K will take place Saturday, July 25, at 9 a. m. The event will begin at the Panhandle Trail Walkers Mill Road entrance.
