ROBINSON’S ANNUAL
CAR CRUISE
Cruise into Robinson Town Centre on
Saturday, Oct. 5, between Noon and 4 p.m.
for Robinson’s Annual Car Cruise!
Robinson Township will partner with
Robinson Town Centre again this year for
this awesome car cruise, which will include
live entertainment by Gumband and Oldies
by DJ Dan.
The cost per car will be $5, with proceeds
benefiting Robinson Parks. The first 150
cars will receive a dash plaque. The first 200
cars will be guaranteed a space. Register
the day of the event. If you are interested
in being a vendor at the car cruise, please
contact Jane Tallon, Activities Coordinator,

and phone number along with a photo
of your car before Sept. 1 to jtallon@

up their Farmers Market Nutrition Program
(FMNP) vouchers, which are available
through Sept. 30, or while supplies last. The
vouchers can be redeemed for locally grown
Pennsylvania fruits and vegetables at FMNP-
authorized PA farm markets and stands
through Nov. 30, 2019.

GUIDELINES INCREASE
FOR WIC PROGRAM
The Allegheny County Health
Department announced that income
guidelines for the PA Women, Infants and
Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition
Program have increased.
The 2019-20 income limits for eligibility
start with an annual gross income of
$23,017 for a family of one; $31,284 for
two; $39,461 for three; $47,638 for four;
and $55,815 for five. Allegheny County
residents with family sizes larger than five
should contact the health department’s
WIC program directly for benefit
information by calling 412.350.5801.
WIC is a federally funded program
for pregnant women, postpartum and
breastfeeding mothers, infants, and
children under the age of 5. Eligibility
is based on income and nutritional risk.
Participants receive nutrition counseling,
breastfeeding support and food benefits
redeemable at participating grocery stores
for infant formula, infant cereal, jarred baby
foods, milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, juice,

FESTIVAL WILL BE SEPT. 14
Celebrate Robinson Township’s 17th Annual
Autumn Festival on Sept. 14 from Noon to 9 p.m.
at the Burkett Sports and Recreation Complex.
Featured bands include: Steeltown—It doesn’t
matter if it’s classic rock, Motown, ‘80s funk,
country or anything in between, Steeltown
keeps it going by playing danceable rock through
the ages; Country Recording Artist Michael
Christopher—While headlining events across
the northeast and beyond, Michael has also opened for some major country stars; and
Paul & Eileen Rennie—This acoustic guitar duo opens the festival with classic soft rock,
Beatles, Journey, and Foreigner.
Also enjoy youth dance and athletics groups scheduled to perform: Dancetime
Studio, Tang Soo Do Karate, Broadway Dance Studio, Thomas Dance Studio, MLS
Cheerleaders, Focus Athletic Center, Just Dance, Our Lady of Sacred Heart, All Star
Athletic & Gymnastics, and more.
Amusements will be available from Noon to 8:30 p.m., including the Rock Wall,
Bungee Trampoline and Steel City Gamerz.
