Trivia Night
Table Top Gaming
Wednesdays 3-6pm
With more than 20 games to choose from, we
would like to invite you and your friends to
stop by and play a few! We have classics like
Monopoly, Scrabble, and Catan, along with
popular newcomers like Pandemic, Small World,
and Betrayal at House on the Hill. If you can’t make
this organized playing time, feel free to stop by
anytime to play.
Of Dice and Men – Roleplaying Games
Saturdays at 2pm
Weekly tabletop roleplaying gaming sessions; we
play a variety of games, most notably Dungeons &
Dragons and Call of Cthulhu. For teens and adults;
newcomers should come an hour early to set up
characters for play.
Nonfiction Book Club
Join us each month as we discuss a book selected
by the book club members. Light refreshments will
be served. New members are welcome! Call the

Page Turners (High School Students) Book Club
Do you love to read? Do you enjoy getting lost in
a good book and staying up late just to read one
more chapter? If you answered yes, join us for
the Page Turners’ next book club meeting. New

COMING SOON TO YOUR LIBRARY
Open Mic - Poetry
Calling all poets ages 13 and up and those who
enjoy poetry. In the first quarter of 2018, the library
will have an open mic all about poetry. Come recite
your poems or listen to those created by others in
the community. Registration will be required for
those wishing to present a poem. Refreshments
will be served. More information to come on the

Escape Room Adventure
Have you ever wanted to try an escape room
but haven’t yet? Now is your chance. The library
is bringing an escape-room-like experience
to Canonsburg. Adventurers will have the
opportunity to crack codes, discover clues and
solve puzzles with family and friends. On two
Saturdays during the first quarter of 2018, we plan
to offer two separate experiences: one geared
toward families with elementary-age students and

Fiction Book Club
Fiction Book Club will take place on Wednesday,
January 10th at noon. The book selection for the
month is Still Life by Louise Penny. Fiction Book
Club always welcomes newcomers. Please call
the library if you need a copy of this book.
Lego Club
Lego club will be continuing throughout the
month of January, you can join Ms. Amy on
Monday nights. Check the website for times.
Family Story Time
Family Story time will take a short break and
return on January 16th. Ms. Amy has some
awesome themes planned. Family Story Time is
on Tuesday nights at 6:30 p.m.

Valentine Gala!
This family event will be held
on Saturday, February 10,
2018. We will share our love
through heartwarming stories,
adorable crafts, sweetheart
games and snacks. All the festivities begin at
10 am and continue to noon. Children and adults
of all ages are invited to join the fun.
Story Time, Wiggles and Giggles, Baby Book
Worms, and Little Picassos
Starting on February 12, 2018. Ms. Barb has
been busy planning a session full of fun themes
such as dinosaurs, flowers, and moms just to
name a few. Check our website for the times
and days for each class.
