LABOURÉ LADIES GUILD TO HOLD ANNUAL FLEA MARKET
The Labouré Ladies Guild of St. Catherine Labouré Parish will hold its annual flea market“ Timeless Treasures” from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. Friday, July 18 and 9 a. m. to 1 p. m. Saturday, July 19 at St. Louise deMarillac Church in the LeGras Parish Center( lower level), located at 320 McMurray Road in Upper St. Clair.
Sale items will include jewelry, gently used children’ s clothing to size 6, toys, decorative items, knick knacks, kitchen items, holiday decorations, linens, tools, books, some furniture and much more. There will also be a boutique offering better quality items.
Due to fire restrictions, strollers are not permitted inside LeGras Parish Center.
CANONSBURG NATIVE ABOARD USS IWO JIMA
Gunner’ s Mate 1st Class Paul Piscioneri, from Canonsburg, assigned to the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima( LHD 7), practices weapons transitions during security reaction force training. Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group( ARG) and 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit( MEU) are underway in the Atlantic Ocean completing integrated naval warfighting training. ARGMEUEX prepares integrated naval task forces for sustained, high-end Joint and combined combat. Integrated naval training provides combatant commanders and the Commander-in-Chief highly capable forces that deter adversaries, underpin American security and economic prosperity, and reassure Allies and partners. The stars were shining brightly as Auberle celebrated the outstanding successes of many of its program participants at the 37th Annual All- Star Banquet held on March 26. Pittsburgh’ s first luxury wig salon for cancer patients and others experiencing hair loss is celebrating its grand opening. Serenity Wig Salon, founded by cosmetologist Chami Saks, provides a warm and welcoming space for women to regain their confidence. The salon specializes in high-quality, ethically sourced European wigs designed for a natural look.
Inspired by her own hair loss journey during breast cancer treatment, Dance Moms star Kelly Hyland found comfort at Serenity. Clients like law student Isabelle, who struggled with alopecia, also praise the salon for its compassionate approach and life-changing transformations.

RED CROSS SEEKS VOLUNTEERS IN PENNSYLVANIA
The American Red Cross of Greater Pennsylvania is calling for more volunteers in rural communities to assist with disaster response, blood drives and community education efforts.
