Jim Bockstoce recently joined the North Strabane Parks and Recreation Department as a Park Maintenance Manager . Jim will be working with Jimmy Butler and Chuck Walnoha overseeing maintenance of all park grounds and facilities . Jim ’ s previous experience as a Director of Public Works with Somerset Township and Athletic Director with Vincentian Academy brings extensive knowledge and a unique perspective to the department .
