When Experience
Matters
f you’re looking for a Realtor who knows the market and is
committed to getting the best deal whether you’re buying or
selling a home, CENTURY 21’s Judi Agostinelli would like to
speak to you.
Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge,
marketing savvy, eff ective negotiation skills and a high-quality
professional network are hallmarks of how Judi Agostinelli
works, and her numerous accolades prove it.
With more than 26 years in the Western Pennsylvania market,
Agostinelli consistently ranks high among her clients and within
her company. She is a Pinnacle Quality Service Award winner,
was named Realtor of the Year for 2015, and ranked third in the
state in units sold and second for gross closed commissions with
CENTURY 21 Frontier Realty for 2018, making her 48th in the
entire country.
And the awards don’t stop there. An Associate Broker,
Agostinelli has been the recipient of the CENTURY 21 Double
Centurion Award – a distinction held by only .25% of agents
nationwide. She’s a Certifi ed Residential Specialist, Graduate of
the Realtors Institute and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
For Agostinelli, her philosophy has always been to do well by
clients and reward will follow.
“As a Washington and Allegheny County real estate
professional, I’ve found that providing the very best service is
essentially about putting my client fi rst. This means keeping
myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good
communicator, and responding quickly to the needs of my client,”
she explains.
She employs two assistants, a closing coordinator and a
marketing coordinator, to help with the day-to-day aspects of her
business while she’s catering to clients all over the area.

Plus, her knowledge and adoption of cutting-edge
technologies in the market allow her to increase the services
off ered to her clients while keeping them informed in real time
about how their home search or sale is progressing.
“Buyers and sellers have come to expect that their Realtor is on
top of their game when it comes to technology, as they should,”
Agostinelli says. “We’re talking about their biggest investment, so
it’s understandable that they would want to know what’s going
on with it every step of the way. My job is to ensure that those
concerns are handled and that they get the best price on the
home they are buying or selling.”
When she’s not in the offi ce, Agostinelli enjoys her hobbies
and supporting causes that she holds dear to her heart. She feels
that abstract oil painting and crafting help to center herself and
she assists in raising money for the Joey Fabus Childhood Cancer
Research Foundation. Joey was a young Bethel Park resident who
passed away in 2015 due to a rare childhood cancer (DIPG).
