Creekside Crossing Conservation Subdivision – 168 single family dwellings located on Thomas Eighty Four Road. Phases 1 and 2 of this plan have received final approval. Grading is underway. A model home will be under construction shortly for Phases 1 and 2, consisting of 94 single family lots.

Burkett Place – Located behind Park Place on Burkett Lane. Applications are now being accepted by the management group for 48 rental units.

Laurel Landing Planned Residential Development – 80 single family dwellings, 10 senior apartments, and 30 townhouses located on McDowell Lane. Grading has begun this month. Home construction should be under way by July.

Hidden Acres Mobile Home Park – 228 mobile home lots located between Francis Street and Christy Road. This plan received conditional use approval in July of 2017. The developer has appealed the conditions to the Court of Common Pleas. No decision has been rendered by the Court.

Magnolia Ridge subdivision – 150 single family lots located on Lindley Road. Grading is nearly completed and home construction should be underway shortly.

Greenwood Village Planned Residential Development – 233 multi-family dwellings located at the end of Greenwood Drive. Project has received final approval.

The Enclave at Concord Green – 25 townhouse units located at West McMurray Road. Construction is underway.

Legacy Park Multi-Family Development – located on Route 519 adjacent to the Municipal Building. Final approval is pending.

Walnut Grove Conservation Subdivision – 31 single family dwellings located on Thomas Road. This development is still in the planning stage.

Waterdam Farms Phase 4 – 25 single family and carriage homes located on Greystone Drive. This is the final phase of Waterdam Farms.

Indian Ridge – 31-lot subdivision located on McDowell Lane with only a dozen lots available.

Emporio Restaurant at The Street – Final approval has been granted for a 5,000 square foot restaurant, with outdoor seating. This restaurant specializes in meatballs and will be constructed on an outparcel adjacent to The Street on Racetrack Road.

Park Place – mixed use development located adjacent to Race Track Road. Construction continues on the apartments and the next phase of commercial development. An Asian buffet-type restaurant and an additional retail space is planned.

Team Rahal Jaguar and Range Rover dealership located on Washington Road. The building permit has been issued and construction is underway.

Wynter’ s Circle – a 6,900 square foot commercial building located on Galley Road opposite the Pennsylvania American Water Company.

Four Star Pipe and Supply – an office and warehouse located on Route 519 is nearing completion.

Ensinger North American Headquarters – 342,000 square foot phased light manufacturing facility located on Highland Meadows Drive.
