• Ratify the payment of the bills from

from the General Fund in the amount of
$406,323.41.
• Ratify the payment of the bills from
July 01, 2013 through July 31, 2013 from
the Sanitary Sewer Fund in the amount
of $75,416.75.
• Ratify the payment of the bills from
July 01, 2013 through July 31, 2013 from
the Park Initiative Fund in the amount of
$128, 609.54.
• Ratify the bills from July 01, 2013
through July 31, 2013 from the Capital
Improvement Fund in the amount of

Construction Administration Services for
the Brownsville Road paving project at a
Not-To-Exceed amount of $25,000.00.

for the Hillson Avenue Reconstruction
project at a Not-To-Exceed amount of
$12,500.00.
• Approve Emergency Stormwater
Repair project associated with repairs
caused by a sinkhole on East Bellecrest
Avenue to Soli Construction, Inc. in the
amount of $19,067.00.
• Approve Right-of-Way Agreement
between Brentwood Borough and
Duquesne Light Company for two (2)
poles at the DPW New Building Site.
• Approver the recommendation of
the July 18, 2013 Planning Commission
to conditionally approve the request
